I used to fancy myself something of “D.” “J.”, and would often lose whole days and/or nights to assembling hot mixes of all my favorite mp3s, to play for my friends. Eventually I realized that nobody liked or cared about my mixes, assuming I could get anyone to listen in the first place, and that this was due in large part to me being a really terrible “D.” “J.”, and in remaining part to me having just rotten taste in music. Anyways, here’s a hot new mix!
This is all tracks that I first appreciated in 2009, to the point where I probably wouldn’t skip past them when they came on my iPod on the ride to work. So to really experience this mix, you should ideally be listening to it while surveying for funny dogs from the window of a moving bus. Enjoy!
